Ryman Auditorium Nashville, Tennessee, United-states

Come and worship at the Mother Church of Country Music. You'll see the light...

If you are going to Nashville, check the calendar for performances at the Ryman.  I am not saying to check the Ryman to see if someone you like is playing.  Hells to the no!  Just look to see if there is a show and go to it, I don’t care if it is a 6 year old playing the spoons.  Go to it because it will be amazing in the Ryman.

This place has the best acoustics in the world and is one of the most storied histories of any performance venues in the United States.  It is on the National Register of Historic Places and every musician in the world wants to play there during their career.  No guff.

First it was an actual church – then an auditorium – then it was the home of the original Grand Ole Opry and the show, Hee Haw. It has hosted pretty much every musical act that has come through Nashville and survived a near miss with a wrecking ball.  Go and take the tour that is included with admission because the history is juicy and interesting and it will only make you enjoy the show you come to see here more.

Can I get an AMEN?!
