Even on a random Thursday morning this place was busy with a bit of a wait. However, I was happily provided a cup of coffee and the 10 minute estimated wait turned into 5 minutes so all was well. Service was ultra friendly and casual – especially to the kids who got special attention and kid temperature hot chocolates for the rainy morning. The breakfast menu had the usual selections along with some regional treats – I enjoyed an Eggs Benedict atop a crab cake, atop a friend green tomato with a sinful remoulade sauce. The kids loved their french toast and we were ready for the day.
There was an option to order a refillable carafe of mimosas but given I was squiring two children around a strange city all day I thought it best to stick with the coffee.
