Apparently the birthplace of the Mojito - and perhaps also of some genius alcoholics like Hemingway...

This small but famous bar, on the side streets of Havana boasts of having invented the Mojito.  I don’t know if this is historically accurate but I will go with it, because it doesn’t matter and their Mojitos are great. We do know that famous writers and poets such as Earnest Hemingway, Pablo Neruda and me have drank there.  Go, order a mojito, take a photo under the iconic black and yellow sign and toast the genius that once gathered there.  You may even feel inspired with some genius of your own…
