The first time we went to Garde Manger I was pregnant and therefore had to forgo many of the yummy things on the charcuterie, cheese and seafood list. Not so the second. On both occasions, I marveled at the tastiness on my plate and the sheer fun jovial atmosphere of the place and service.
Chef Chuck Hughes is now a food celebrity – the first time we went that really wasn’t a thing you could even be.
