This is another restaurant my mom obsesses over whenever she visits Traverse City. It is located in one of the most beautiful spots on Old Mission Peninsula, with a stunning view from wherever you are seated in the restaurant. Each appetizer, soup, salad, entree and dessert is carefully crafted and beautifully plated. Local and in-season ingredients are incorporated in their dishes, which makes for the freshest and most flavorful food. The menu is always changing, which makes it fun to keep coming back to try new dishes. A must-try appetizer is the tempura asparagus, as well as the morel bisque. You truly can not go wrong with any entree on the menu. All of the fish entrees are to die for and as locally sourced as possible. You will want to make a reservation, as spots fill up fast in the summer months, but it is one meal you will never forget.
