Apolline New-orleans, Louisiana, United-states

Charming and light filled bistro in the Garden District - great brunch with bottomless Mimosas.

There is pig candy on the menu – cinnamon and brown sugar encrusted bacon. ¬†Eating it is like starting with dessert. Biscuits are beautiful and fluffy. ¬†Had the Eggs Apolline which were a yummy combo of poached eggs with a creole hollandaise, crawfish, andouille sausage, all served on a waffle…was very, very happy that the server suggested it.

Coffee is strong and served in proper large mugs, which counteracts the bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s very well. You will find no complaints about your meal at Apolline.
