Vegetarians don’t bother. There are fish options and you could just do the salad bar but really why would you. Don’t get me wrong. The vegetable soup, seafood and salad selection are nothing short of spectacular. And I could eat the pao de queijo (cheese bread ball things) all day long.
But the reason you are here is the meat. Meat that is roasted on spits and comes out on skewers wielded by Gauchos who slice off your selection. Don’t bother with the sausages and chicken. Sure they are good but that is not why you are here. Eye on the prize people and focus on the prime cuts because as much as you will be cursing it later, your stomach is only so big. So, garlic prime rib, short rib, lamb chops and top sirloin for sure. Then you can go from there. In typical Brazilian steakhouse protocol, green disk by your plate means “Bring Me More Meat” or flip it over and that means “Get away from me with your crazy meat.”
There is a sommelier on staff and the wine list offers something for everyone, by the bottle or glass. In true Brazilian style though I would start with a caipirinha.
This is a special occasion spot for sure. The best Brazilian steakhouse I have been to. Including the ones in Brazil.
