I always enjoy a restaurant from chef José Andrés, but this one in particular really stands out. The place is stunning and the food is fabulous. Its a great place to go with friends and share a ton of dishes since its all served tapas style. I had a cocktail at the bar before the rest of our party got there and it was awesome, I think it was the Zaytinya martini which had olive-oil infused vodka in it. yes please. Once the rest of the party got there we sat down in a beautiful corner table by a fire place and were walked through the giant menu. The wine menu is focused solely on unique Mediterranean wines, so we got to explore and try things I have never even heard of, and they were surprisingly delicious. Some standouts on the menu that we sampled were the haloumi, tabbouleh, and the octopus.
