From the foie gras to the profiteroles you cannot go wrong. This is the very definition of perfect french cuisine. The signature dish here is line caught bass baked in an earthenware crust that you break with a hammer at the table. It is a whole fish so the faint of heart should not order it. Which is why my husband did. I don’t like a meal that looks back at me, or that I have to tame with a hammer for that matter. But I did taste his fish and wow. Everything was so flavorful and perfect that each course felt like a gift. We have sent friend after friend to this restaurant on their travels to Paris and none have come away disappointed.
