If you are looking to stay outside of the Banff National Park gates, this is a great option, particularly with a larger family. Multi bedroom units are beautifully decorated and feel like a high end mountain home. Large kitchens and bathrooms with a full kitchen, good electronics, and a fire place, this is a great place to kick back after a day on the slopes or hiking. There are daily family movies with popcorn for the kids and other activities to enjoy. You have use of the gym in the complex which is gorgeous, with lots of equipment including TRX straps and yoga and pilates gear. There is also a spa on site for those who would like to partake.
Cons: No pool, just a dank, strangely lit indoor hot tub area that is very unappealing. Prices can vary widely but booking on the resort site directly appears to get the best deals.
